Pisces Moon terms of use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pisces Moon. Users 13 to 17 may use Pisces Moon only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Pisces Moon is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create an account.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account credentials, the accuracy of information you enter, and all activity under your account. Birth data, life events, chat messages, and assessment answers can materially affect generated outputs.

3. What Pisces Moon Provides

Pisces Moon provides reflective chart interpretation, timing context, relationship comparison, life-event organization, psychology-informed prompts, AI-guided reflection, and saved self-understanding reports. Content is intended for journaling, pattern recognition, coaching-style reflection, entertainment, and personal insight.

4. No Professional Advice

Pisces Moon does not provide medical, mental-health, therapeutic, legal, financial, emergency, clinical, or professional advice. Do not use Pisces Moon to diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any health or mental-health condition. Do not use it as a substitute for qualified professional judgment.

5. Crisis And Emergency Boundary

Pisces Moon is not a crisis service and is not monitored for emergencies. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or if you are experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis resource immediately.

6. Symbolic And Reflective Systems

Astrology, Jyotish, numerology, tarot, Human Design, Gene Keys, Mayan, and similar lenses are symbolic or reflective frameworks unless a feature is explicitly labeled as a supported calculation. Interpretations describe tendencies, possibilities, patterns, and prompts. They are not deterministic predictions, guarantees, or factual claims about what must happen.

7. AI And Report Limitations

AI-generated chat and reports may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable for your specific situation. Some environments may use rule-based or prewritten responses instead of provider-generated text. You are responsible for reviewing outputs critically and deciding whether they are useful.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Pisces Moon, attempt to access another user's account, scrape or overload the service, submit unlawful content, use outputs to harass or discriminate, or represent Pisces Moon content as professional advice or guaranteed prediction.

9. User Content And Data

You retain responsibility for the birth data, assessment responses, life events, chat messages, notes, and other content you provide. You authorize Pisces Moon to process that information to operate the product, personalize outputs, generate reports, maintain account history, and improve safety and reliability.

10. Plans And Product Status

Pisces Moon may show Free, Core, Full Pisces Moon, one-time report, or founder-access packaging as product-access concepts. Access controls, cancellation paths, refund expectations, and support terms are presented before expanded access is broadly enabled.

11. Changes, Suspension, And Termination

Pisces Moon may change features, labels, models, limits, access rules, or availability over time. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or violation of these terms. You may export or delete your account data from the Account page where available.

Pisces Moon is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pisces Moon disclaims warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pisces Moon is not liable for decisions, actions, losses, or outcomes based on your use of the product or reliance on outputs. You remain responsible for choices made outside the platform.

14. Updates To These Terms

Pisces Moon may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
